Pay Rate For Javelin Operator

#1
Does anyone know where I can find out the current payscale for a Javelin Operator?

I know Javelin Operators get a few extra quid more than a Rifleman in an Infantry Unit but is it gonna buy me a chinese at the end of the month?

Cheers!

Apparently so!

It says on our website:-

QUOTE: All members of the Anti-Tank platoon are experienced and highly trained soldiers. They must be physically fit, robust and determined. Although their primary roll is anti-tank, they must be capable of exceeding the expectations of the taskings of a rifle company soldier, as well as their primary role. As Specialists, they are paid more than a standard Rifleman.

I was just wondering how much an AT Specialist actually got?

No mention of it in the 754. Is it a High pay band as opposed to rifleman lower pay band thing perhaps?

That could be it!

I am just curious!

My missus is already "having a cow" about me joining the TA.

She thinks I would make more money if I went part time at KFC.

(She's probably right!)

Why are women obsessed with money?

Just asked two friends from my own days as a wire guided lunatic who are now AT spear chuckers. Their reply was "Do we really?" and "Day off, In Bed, **** Off."

Hope this helps.

You probably move up a "class" (afaik theres 7 classes you can move up as Pte prior to hitting the Lance Jack pay bands) as a Rifleman by passing the Jav Cse which should put your pay up a little.

But hey, who knows?
