Patrol Report

Has anyone got an electronic copy of the army version of the patrol report or close to it please.
All help appreciated.

PS only asking because i have 4* test board coming up and the cadet patrol report in manual is w@nk and i want a decent one.

I do not see the manual as my bible its century's old and also the current army patrol reports are not to different to what we are meant to create (last used army version on on Infantry Battle camp with CTT)Also if you did attach something i cant see it.
