Not a story.

It's the college bar, which is in a building in the main complex. No one drinks in it until it opens at 7pm.

This is purely to allow families to have somewhere to stand and mingle and for those not driving, a drink as currently they just stand in a corridor and wait for the parade so they can then go outside.

Anyone can apply for a variation to their license - the police have just followed the standard application process and been approved by the council.

The outside drinking will literally be the terraced area at the front door of the bar / gym which is still in the complex hub and no-one will be walking their dogs through there because it's out with the roam area. This is because the bar won't be able to fit everyone in.

Must be a quiet day in Alloa.
