    Am currently going through the recruitment process, forms have been forwarded to dr, but this won't be a problem as i did it 4 months ago with the Air force. Anyhow i want to join the para's, what will they expect from me on the selection day in the way of Dips, Heaves, bench lift etc, i know the run time has to be less than 9 mins 18 which shouldn't be a problem with the training i have been doing lately. Would appreciate to know so i can prepare myself and put my mind to rest.
