  1. I am doing the Paras10 (in 35lb bergen & boots) in september next year.

    Does anybody have any training tips for building up to running / tabbing with 35lb, and any advice on which good boots are out there.
  2. Just to add, I am being sponsored for Airborne forces / help for heroes.
    Any other suggestions for worthy military causes welcome.
  3. There's an article on this in Decembers 'Runners World' if you haven't already seen it.
    I'd imagine tabbing would be the best way to train for a er, tab! Good Luck though; I'm keen to do this.
