Fitness ,and not just running , upper body strength as well , swimming , take up boxing and spar with guys bigger /better than you , eat sensibly , drink modestly , stay well away from all shite like steroids , keep out of trouble with the Cops.....that doesn't sound like it will help you mentally but it will , your confidence will increase along with your fitness, especially boxing,...... if only I`d done all that life would have been much simpler.

I have been boxing since I was 10 and have had 5 fights and only won 1 of them.
