Hi everyone I know there is a sticky thing for this fitness stuff but I was just thinking could you all post what training you are doing to join para reg please? how far are you runing and how fast? how many press ups, sit ups, pull ups can you do and whats your circuit like? and how did you get your 1.5 mile times down to like 9.08 for e.g? I'm sure this will help alot of lads like myself out cheers everyone I hope you reply :D
     
  2. There is a fitness sticky, yes, there is also a thread for how fast people are doing the 1.5 mile run. To stop threads like this filling up the forum.

    If you need specific advice on how to build a good circuit, or how to get run times down, the health and fitness forum should be your first port of call.
