Pakistans first female combat pilots graduate

The JF-17 is the plane which Pakistan has co-developed with China - it should be better than the current f-16's Pakistan has and will also have BVR. This low cost fighter should replace the ageing F-7's and Mirage IIIs in the PAF. As far as new F-16's go, there seems to be some hesitation about buying brand new fighters, understandable in the light of previous sanctions. What seems to be the most probable course of action is Pakistan using US military aid to buy second hand F-16's from Europe to bolster the original Pakistani fleets. The Chinese J-10 is looking a more likely option for the high tech fighter. Eurofighter/Rafale have also been mentioned, but these are very expensive.
