Outlook - how to re-activate links?

Discussion in 'Gaming and Software' started by 4(T), Mar 7, 2007.

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Running Office 2003.

After a recent Windows XP update, Outlook has de-activated all URLs in messages, primly informing me that "my administrator has imposed controls on Outlook, etc" (Grrrr..... there is no "administrator"...... MS made the fecking changes without my permission, as usual.....).

I've been to Tools\ Options\ Security\ and waded through the long list of settings in the "Internet Security Zone", but nothing I've tried "enabling" seems to re-activate the URLs.

    Which one am I after?
  2. Go to Internet Options, click on the advanced tab, scroll down to underline links & see which choice has been selected.
