Hence the wording of my post. Not guilty, but morally bankrupt.

But you gave me a "funny" so I think you agree!
Reading that article it looks like the good Colonel not only played fast and loose with the CEA but with Married Quarter allocations with one being used as a second home, but virtually unused.

He must be doing resettlement as an MP getting the 'home flipping' sorted now.

That was the report on the opening day at trial, when the prosecution set out the case that they intend to prove. At the close of the case they could not do so.

The prosecution case alleged that the SFA was "virtually empty" but the reported evidence later revealed that the service removal scheme had moved 50 cubic metres of belongings into the SFA from their own home.

I had to search around for this last week. It was really difficult to find, I eventually got to it via a single service google search. Unlike the MOD website & homepage which is full of stories about trans-remembrance, the gender network, inquiry into women in the armed forces, celebrating people with disabilities Sri guru nanaks birthday etc....

Quite right. Empire is ooooh soooo embarrassing these days I am surprised anyone accepted their award.
