One hell of a speeding fine

£180,000 of £12.5million is only 1.5% so not a big deal really a few weeks interest and an appeal and it will not matter.

The swiss have never been keen on cars so this is not a surprise

Works for me.

How many multi-millionaires in this country pay 'Mr Loophole' to get them off? Or just cough up the small fine?

A £50 fine (for example) could be devestating to a family on low income, but would it be a problem for (for example) a young, single pro-footballer?

Personally I think this is a fair system. And is not only operated by the Swiss, the AUstrians and Scandavians are in to this too.
