Only 3 jocks!

thats disgusting!

Yes, we should have more players from a team that have failed to make any real impression on the rugby world since I wore short trousers and Mrs T was still in power. What are you talking about AS? Have you already put money on the All Blacks?

AS, my dear fellow, time to change your sheets again, I'm afraid, since when did the Italians win the world cup? Mind you the Scots are one of the few teams that the Eyeties have ever beaten!

As a Jock rugby fanatic, very disappointing to see only 3. There should have been at least another 2, Chris Paterson and Jason White.

Good to see a load of other Celts though, however I do have issue with some of the English players choosen! Some have only played bloody 30 minutes International rugby in the past 12 months and on the plane they go! Bitter Jockanese ranting, no, just a perplexed rugby fanatic at Woodwards choice

I do not believe Ronan O'Gara got in over David Humpries. Although Humpries was left on the bench, when he did play he totally out shone O'Gara. Hope that pr1ck Eddie O'Sullivan is kicking himself for not choosing the best flyhalf Ireland have.

What the fcuk are we taking Steve Thompson for? His lineout is a liability and his open play has been frought with errors over the 6 nations campaign. Only taking 3 jocks is a little harsh aswell. Should have been a few less England cronies and a few more Taffs. Otherwise, not a bad line up.

I'm appalled at this squad. So, so many of the English players have done nothing to warrant their place. Woodward clearly intends to play the same tedious 10 man kicking game he used to fluke England to the World Cup, and it just won't work against New Zealand. I mean, Neil Back at 36 - what the fcuk?

Even during the World Cup it was touch & go as to whether his errors (both line-outs AND offsides & fouls) would make him more of a liability than an asset to the team.

Watched Thompson play on Saturday and for thirty minutes thought he was a grampus in drag. Lee Mears was head and shoulders better than him on the day and there are ten other hookers in the premiership who could probably say the same this season. Maybe Clive will rub his neck in that special way before they shower...???
