    The offsite support supervisor shall report to the service support manager and will be responsible for the supervision of the outside engineering and outside team operations in an efficient and cost effective manner.
    You will liaise closely and develop relationships with the client shipyards dockyard and other facilities in the UK and internationally.
    The role shall involve both UK and international travel.
    Tasks and responsibilities
    · roles and responsibilities are clearly understood and that all personnel remained motivated and well focused
    · Supervise daily work activities assigned personnel and prioritise workloads
    · Supervise resource planning and scheduling for offside activities
    · Provision and coordination of weekly and monthly reporting as required
    · Approval of weekly and monthly time sheets
    · Supervision of all operations to budget and schedules
    · Ensure that all health and safety working practices are adopted on all of the offside operations and are maintained within the various shipyards dockyard and other facilities
    · Liaised with other departments to ensure that all documentation and equipment are provided in a timely manner
    Organisation and structure
    · Maintain and development of the required organisation structure to support our clients
    · Monitor project progress and reporting
    · Highlight any personal training requirements
