  2. In fairness, the title of the other thread is 'breaking news'.. which is perhaps the most obtuse and pointless thread title ever used on ARRSE.

    Poor woman. Maybe she felt responsible for all the extra vetting/barriers that hospitals are now having to put in the way of people ringing in to ask about the progress of their relatives, e.g. after major surgery.
