Nuked? Insufficient privileges?

Just popped on arrse using my knackered tablet while phone is charging.
Its permanently logged in on my Sinner251 account.
Now I went and checked using the BugsyIV account, and there's no red ROPs bar.
Yet I cannot post as Sinner251 I just get insufficient privileges notice.
Have I been nuked again as I can log out and in no issue. If so what for this time?
I rarely post from it now, but mainly use it to access the naughty kids room.

Seems it was something to do with updating email addresses in account details.
So trying to remember email addresses from a decade ago was fun.
Had the same with BugsyIV tonight.

I had the same today.
I just submitted the same email address and pushed save, I had an email back with a link requesting me to submit a confirmation which I did, and then everything came right.
