  1. Dont know if right place to post this but I'm hoping some of you might have some answers

I have had a interview with my boss on Monday informing him that I am starting to procedure of terminating. I have to wait until next Monday to see the San 2ic to talk things over and then proceed.

    My question is

Can I NTT and ask to be out within 6 months and still get full resettlement package or do I have to do the normal 12 month for full resettlement.
I would like out sooner but I don't want to lose the resettlement.
  2. If you want resettlement then you must serve out your 12 months notice. Early release will cost you the resettlement.

    Simple choice.
  3. Cheers legs

Suppose I'll have to slog it out.
  4. Ask regardless.

You may get out a few weeks/months sooner than you anticipate.
  5. Yeah I'm asking the 2ic when I have interview with her the different options. I just definitely don't want to lose the resettlement support
