Priorities.

"I've been the county coroner for 15 years and I think this is the first time I've had a case like this," White said. "I'm hoping that parents will realize that if you have kids, you need to put the guns out of harm's way."

Shouldn't that be "...kids out of harm's way."?

Same Happened last month too. A 6 year old shot his 4 year old mate in the head from 15m with a .22 rifle.
Madness...
15 meters. Not bad shooting for a 6 year old.

Quote "the boy's parents didn't know there was a shell in the rifle when it was last stored."
A shell in the rifle? I know it said it was a 22 rifle, but did they mean 22 inch calibre?

Why? The company's been producing rifles for introducing children to shooting for over 30 years. It's not their fault that some quite amazingly stupid parents leave it lying around, loaded, where their 5 year old could get at it.
