Nov 12th, Charity night in Dartford, The Flying Boat

#1
On Nov 12th, there is to be a fundraiser and awareness night held In the Flying Boat, Dartford. This has come about due to a mate of mine who runs a Wetherspoon pub wanting to give something back to those serving and not knowing how. The night will consist of the usual:- Arrsers, beer and food, but the raffle is slightly different, there will be two on the night, one drawn at 21:00 to allow for the winning of one of the prizes, Curry for two courtesy of Wetherspoons, other prizes for later (22:00) consist of a bottle of Tullibardine, donated by mwl 946, a case of Vodka donated by one of the local pub, a meal for 2 and bottle of wine, donated by Wetherspoons, plus more to be released nearer the time. All are welcome to attend and support. There will be 2 bears in attendance, one will be one of Slingsby's crew, the other will be a brand new bear that will be donated to Slingsby after the London Chrimbo Crawl. The pub has a military theme too, in the past, it built the floats for the Short Sunderland when it was owned by Beadles, the coach builders.

Too far for me unfortunately, but don't forget your Arrse Challenge Coins. If you ain't got one now is the time to purchase otherwise it might get costly on the night! 8)

Cheers mate and thanks for the support last night, so £135 raised last night and £304 raised at Putney, £439 in 2 nights. I'd also like to thank the staff at the pub who got into the swing of things by dressing in DPM and cam cream.
