I've applied for this year's intake of the Northern Ireland Security Guard Service. The advert stated that the salary is £18,000 a year with:
Regular shift allowance 20%; Flexible Shift 4%; Arming Allowance and RRA
Would anyone be able to tell me what the 'take home' per month is, when the allowances, etc. are factored in?
