For a store of this magnitude the glass should have been shatter-proof. The families of this guy should make a claim against the store and or glass manufacture for wrongful death

Well it does say 'Banana Republic' with 'in progress' on the window pane underneath. You can see it clearly in the direction of which that lanky cnut is leaning over the red car and facing. No doubt he works for injurylawyers4u and is scoping out any possible court opposition.
