    Ikeja, Nigeria – Experienced Hotel or House manager req. to run a Private Secure compound for Airline Pilots in this suburb of Lagos. Ikeja is a clean and quiet residential environment with shopping malls pharmacies and government reservation areas as well as live music venues. The Compound Manager would responsible for all aspects of running this 54 bedroom property to hotel standards and would have a large number of staff including, chefs, cleaners etc reporting to him. They would also be responsible for budgets, planning, sourcing and procurement, recruitment and training, stores and provisions and service staff. Experience in an international professional community would be preferable. The house manager will work a 6 day week for 6 weeks and then have 2 weeks off where return flights will be paid to their chosen destination. Excellent accommodation and a generous salary package as well as use of a driver.

    ... and brains. You did read which country? Nigeria, if you believe one word coming out of there to be truthfull, it is one word too much.

  4. Yes and no. There's plenty of Brits earning a pretty penny there, and there's some on Arrse. Yes you have to watch your back like a pretty boy in Jarrod's shower block, but there's money to be made for the competent (seriously patient).

    I've spent a few years in that crap hole and the ad looks pretty genuine (that's not a guarantee). Location's good; job description sounds right.
