Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  2. "The Royal Air Force is proud of its record as an equal opportunities employer –"
Obviously the highest priority of any fighting (?) force.
    Other news just in:
After years of investigations Italian journalists have discovered that the Pope is Catholic.
  3. So she's in charge of vice?

  4. Hear hear. I would be far happier with "The Royal Air Force is proud of it's record of cheerfully dropping bombs on the Queen's enemies" as opposed to this nonsense and the cringeworthy "My proudest moment - zero casualties" advert. Having just sat through 2 hours of compulsory E&D training where any mention of the light blue being a fighting force has been airbrushed out, I rather doubt whether things are going to get less PC any time soon. I'm getting far too old for this kind of hand-wringing shit.

Good on the AVM though, fair play. The DIO could do with a smiling assassin to shake things up a bit.
