News story: Novichok nerve agent use in Salisbury: UK government response

Right from the offing-
"We will not be applying to Russia for the extradition of these men as the Russian Constitution does not permit extradition of its own nationals," said Sue Hemming, director of legal services at the CPS.

They didn't even intend trying, did they?
It was much simpler this way.

Now all they need to do is start applying some evidence, facts and proof.

The heavily-compromised means that everyone mistakenly deems as legitimate sources of int don't appear to be mentioning or exposing anything at all about the MSM/ukgov JV running-propaganda op at the moment.

I'll check back with them later but Wikileaks are very reliable as a source.
Never, ever needed to revise or apologise after a disclosure.
Never published anything that has been proven as false or wrong.

Classic. Quoted to confirm your conspiraloon status. Remind us, how many leaks from the Ru govt they’ve posted?

It’s a case of deny one thing and you ‘confirm’ everything else

What part of we don't have an extradition treaty with Russia are you struggling to understand, you broken brained conspiraloon.

Moron.

It's not old news as it's never been news.

It's a huge story that never gained any traction as it's not in the interests of either ukgov/int or MSM to have the story aired in public to the already sceptical and disillusioned UK civpop.

The brexit betrayal is bad enough so try and imagine if the public were aware of ukgov trying to start conflict with Russia etc using the exact deceptive means that the Russians are supposed to be employing... not to mention smearing J Corbyn at every opportunity and interfering with foreign elections usw etc etc.

Would that make the UK civpop very happy or very annoyed and 'highly-likely' cost the sitting-govt their position?

Classic. Quoted to confirm your conspiraloon status. Remind us, how many leaks from the Ru govt they’ve posted?
They've printed many an honest exposee on the Russians.
It just so happens that the majority of their sources are from inside western govts thus more exposure is from western-bloc countries.

Are they wrong or misinformed in this instance?

It’s a case of deny one thing and you ‘confirm’ everything else
Is it?
Provide examples.

How do you make out plod didn’t know who dunnit?

But didn't ukgov say that they knew it was the Russian state 2 and 4 months (respectively) before then?

Back in March and only a week after the supposed event?

That was my point.

It was set-up to fall flat on it's face right at the start.

It works better if I don't have to run you through it every time.
It works better if you're not such a cretin as to fail to understand what DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTRADITION TREATY WITH RUSSIA means.

It is old news from December and November. You’re only upset because they said some horrid things about your hero Corbyn

Oh no, they said something nasty about the terrorist loving ‘leader of the opposition’

Because nobody took any notice of them in the first place

Your point was they didn’t know ‘who dunnit’. The point is they had a good idea because of the info given who it ‘Highly likely’ was. It was to ascertain physically who, when and how. That’s why warrants have now been issued.

Yep. Which part of ‘Highly likely’ are you having problems with?

That's a surprise you appear to have a different point of view and yet fail to provide facts just rhetoric just like a govt-funded 'charity' that's just been outed.

Couple your effort with ukgov's non-evidence and fact-free assertions then add in the exposure of a UK govt/ UK media troll farm being funded by tax-payers coin?

Why would a supposedly non-government organization engaged in “countering disinformation” and “promoting media literacy and media freedom” go on total lockdown since being brought 'out into the light'?

How can they “serve the public” with a locked account and a blank website?

Meanwhile Bellingcat/ Higgins remain slippery rather than clear & transparent (as claimed) about the assistance he rx's and seemingly won't issue a blanket denial regarding state actors and their intermediaries.

The real pickle is your pickled brain, as what you cut & paste says the opposite of what you claim.
You really are a vile little supporter of state terrorism.

... as opposed to Russian / unRussian
Sure. There can be 'good Unrussians' and 'bad Russians'. Just for example - Christ is Unrussian, but he is better than any of Russians (and other peoples).
So - there are four 'groups' Good Russians, Bad Russians, Good Unrussians, Bad Unrussians.
As I can see, @scalieback divide humanity just into two groups - Good Britons and Bad Foreigners. He mix morality and nationality.

Actually, British coppers can interrogate Boshirov and Petrov without their extradition, 'in situ'. Only things they need - ask Russian government and show any reason to do it.

Maybe Ukraine & Lithuania don't have a passport office dedicated to GRU and the issuing of identities that don't exist.
Sure they have. I mean, anybody can go Lithuania or Bulgaria, or Romania - pay €3000 and became legal Lithuanian, (Bulgarian, Romanian, etc) businessman. Six monthes and you can ask for the citizenship and a new name. Ruslan Boshirov, by default, became Ruslanas Boshirovys, but he can choose something more Lithuanian as well.

What facts have I denied? The fact that ‘wibble of choice’ is currently them and you continue to whine about them as they said nasty things about your ‘favourite Trotsky supporter’ is what I’m replying to. How you Square are supporting him and the others you do speaks volumes.

Remind us what happened to the officers that tried to do that with Litvinenko’s killers?

How did Russia kill the GRU assassins because they messed up?

Will they try to kill Higgins too for exposing Russia?

Bellingcat, who supplied the int as 5/6/Cheltenham weren't able to locate the amazing time-travelling
GRU hitmen(?).
How absurd is all of this?

If it's not on the morning/evening MSM news it appears that you deem it to have never happened.

The offer was there in B/W.
With the eyes of the world watching and accusing (without evidence/proof) how do you think it would have gone?

MOSCOW -- Russia is ready to consider a request by British investigators to come and interrogate the two men accused of poisoning a former spy, the Kremlin said Friday.

Britain charged Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov
( UK still using the apparent covers for official business?) last week with trying to kill double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, with the Soviet-designed nerve agent Novichok. The Skripals survived the March 4 attack in Salisbury, but a resident of a nearby England town later died after apparently having contact with the poison.

President Vladimir Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said Friday that Russian authorities will consider Britain's request to interrogate them if it comes. He added that Britain has stonewalled repeated Russian offers to conduct a joint inquiry.
