The heart of the site is the forum area, including:
Not that you'll be able to catch it.
Motoring enthusiast builds 367mph bus - Telegraph
Perhaps not, but it will get to the heart of the matter pretty quickly.
Tell you what. I'll sign out the keys, you get it fuelled up...
That bus would be far to quick for the Army Air Corps and is faster than anything they have fixed or rotary wing. It should be taken from the MT Yard and handed over to the RAF. You would not need an FMT600 to drive that but Fast Jet Wings !
150 gallons of fuel in quarter of a mile? That's an outrageous use of fossil fuels!
The kids would never be late for school................
I'll get my hat.
Keep the kids off drugs, indeed.
You'd have to be on to drugs to get on the bloody thing!!!
Can it actually go 367mph? It's a bit like the constant claims of small hypercar manufacturers to be Veyron-killers, but which never quite work out, except for the SSC effort.
I would not want to be behind it at the lights
Its not usefull as an outrage bus, no one would want to get in after the first time someone shouts ok lads lets chip in for the fuel.
I love the way the report uses the phrase 'motoring enthusiast' to describe the maker, rather than the more accurate 'raving lunatic'.
Make sure they get the correct operating software though.
It is nearly as quick as Naomi Campbell taking some "dirty old stones" out of Africa
Top cruising speed is one thing but what an outrage bus really needs is massive acceleration.
Brakes are optional.
