Corbyn 1 minute in to his response and already sucking the atmosphere out of the Chamber. What a tube he is.

He also seems to be developing a speech impediment, his S's sometimes coming out as though a Scouser. Difficulty reading.

I suspect he's not a well man - he needs to get away from that place while his reputation is intact.

Not just sounding weak. He’s having difficulty properly reading the notes carefully prepared for him by his minders.
On the plus side, he must be heartened by the rousing support he is receiving from his own benches.
This is verging on embarrassing, but I have no sympathy, because if he had any sense of awareness, he would be sitting on the back benches now.

Corbyn being a very angry ranting old man..... any more angry and he’s going to have a stroke.

To be fair he does seem to have a permanent chip on shoulder and goes into outrage mode at the drop of a hat, so would make a good honorary Scouser

Oops

Old-Salt
"Mr Speaker"
Oh Jeremy.
I know I'm an aged Gammon, and just cos you wear a dress an all that..

But Rishi called em
"Madam Deputy Speaker"..

This Trans stuff is getting very confusing.

How will Corbyn follow this?
Appears to have done the usual of identity and envy politics, whining and ignoring his own party's lack of ideas and being an economic disaster that, thankfully, the electorate decided to give a wide berth in December.

Budget Live - Guido Fawkes

Well, well. Rishi Sunak's budget is full of surprises.

How will Corbyn follow this? He cant.

Kunesberg's text over comments amount to if he can do all this now, why didn't the Tories do it before?
That was a different gov't of May and Hammond.
All Corbyn had to come back with was the usual lefty 'milk the rich' angle.

Poor old Laura sounded as if she's got a bit of a cough going on there, I hope she hasn't come down with anything nasty.

I can foresee, that certain measures introduced today - under the cover of, guise of, coronavirus relief measures - will be made permanent . . .

a. Removing “Business Rates” from all small businesses. Not really a loss of revenue for the Exchequer . . . but something that will be felt by the local councils (previously) receiving the revenue.

b. Receipt of various benefits from day-one, rather than the somewhat iniquitous FOUR week (plus), delay required at the moment.

"I'm only a simple crofter" went on and on and on and said that the Tory party has been in Government for so long that they have become useless, perhaps he should have have a word with his party in the wee hoose at the bottom of the hill.

Labour shown up as irrelevant. SNP shown up as incompetent. Lib Dems shown up as complaining about a government they were part of. SDP too small but interesting to keep up with Patrick O'Flynn's opinions. TBP marking time, until and unless they feel the need to challenge gov't over Brexit implementation. Greens are fiscally incompetent with wealthy leaders but fawning over stoned communism. It may take some time for things to shake out and for a competent and responsible opposition to emerge.

I missed him, as I had a better option and walked the dog. There is only so much hypocritical Socialist bile a man can take in one day!

I take it that was Fatty Blackford you are referring to? If so he needs to ask the very same questions of the Party that has controlled the Scottish economy for nearly a decade and a half, and ruined it.
