Need to get stronger

I've got 4 months to really up my fitness prior to Harrogate. Does anyone have any advice for a good training schedule. I'm primarily trying to up my upper body strength. Thanks.

STRONGER, FASTER , FITTER! ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY!!!

If your after strength mate and not build muscle mass press ups,pull ups and dips better than using weights really, you wont need much upper body for harrogate anyway just be able to do 40 or so press ups and your good to go mate.
