    US Navy's fast-attack submarine signals new mission in Pacific.


    The USS Connecticut arrives Tuesday at its new home port at Naval Base Kitsap near Bremerton. Three of the Seawolf-class "fast-attack" submarines have been redeployed to the Pacific as the U.S. keeps an eye on China's military buildup.
