Naval Poem

#1
I know this doesn't tie into Army literature however I just caught the end of 'Sink the Manchester' shown on the History and it closed with the following verse. Does anyone know who the poet is and the poem's title.

There are no roses on a sailor's grave
No Lillys on an ocean wave
We the old watch whos lives were saved
We pray the young salute the brave.
