National Armed Forces Week: And Life After Service

  1. Now that veterans' week is coming up, I've been out a while but often wonder what the Resettlement, and after support, outside the wire, is like these days. IIRC it used to be just four weeks resettlement , a wind down, hand in your ID and kit, and fcuk off. Apparently there's the CTP and Resettlement Programmes, Welfare, and employment consultants, according to the MOD/CTP websites. Is it all really that good?
