This is what I'm currently doing.. I only start swimming today but enjoyed it so i added it in. Mon - British Military Fitness Session (1hour) Tues - Wed - BMF Thurs - 3mile 1.5 mile best effort Fri - Swim (30mins) Saturday BMF Sunday - Usually go on a 3/4 run and take my dog. I was wanting to add some fartlek/interval training but dont want to over do it. LOL Unless I do two things in the same day, what do you think?
