My fitness routine.

This is what I'm currently doing.. I only start swimming today but enjoyed it so i added it in.

Mon - British Military Fitness Session (1hour)

Tues -

Wed - BMF

Thurs - 3mile 1.5 mile best effort

Fri - Swim (30mins)

Saturday BMF

Sunday - Usually go on a 3/4 run and take my dog.

I was wanting to add some fartlek/interval training but dont want to over do it. LOL

Unless I do two things in the same day, what do you think?

Take your own advice when asking bone questions.

My advice on what you should do with regards to training is mute. I don't know who you are. How fit/fat you are. Your past medical history.

If you think you can handle extra training, give it a go and find out.

Me.....I don't care what you do.

What is it with these forums? Ask for one piece of advice and you get hammered? Whats the point of having them if everyones an ass?

If you dont like it dont open the thread.. surely you have enough brain cells to work that one out?
I had enough brain cells to successfully join the Army, get a maroon lid, reek of slipstream and deploy on lots of Operations, without letting the digital world know what my bone training regime consisted of.

You did what, apart from the latter?
