Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I've just been out and bought an mp3 to entertain me during my endurance runs and gym sessions, the problem is i have no fckin clue what to put on the cnuting thing, i've got about three songs so far

    The Clash - London calling
    The Specials-Ghost town
    Pantera- Respect / walk :headbang:

What would be your top 5 tunes to motivate you?

    Cheers guys

I'm sure this will end up in the arrse hole soon but hey.
  2. The Clash (Great Choice) London's Calling or White Riot.
Green Day - American Idiot or Jesus of Suburbia.
Thin Lizzy -The Boys Are Back in Town.
The Jam - Down in the The Tube Station or Going Underground.
The WHO - Who are you

I find training to music that reminds me of places I served helps to make me train harder and also cheers me up because the songs bring back great memories.

  3. Stiff Little Fingers - Johnny Was
Stranglers - Down In The Sewer
Rammstien - Du Riechst So Gut
Green Day - Jesus of Suburbia
Clash - White Man In Hammersmith Palais

Great classics to hammer along to :)
