The victim, a 21-year-old man, died in Larkhill, Wiltshire, on Monday night. The circumstances of his death are being treated as suspicious. A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently being held at Salisbury Police Station. A spokesman for Wiltshire Police confirmed both men were members of the armed forces. The victim died in Packway, the main road running through the town. It has been cordonned off to help the investigation and an incident room set up. Detective Chief Inspector Sean Memory, the senior investigating officer, has appealed for help. "I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of Larkhill between 10.30pm and 11.15pm last night or who has any information which may assist the investigation," he said. Larkhill is home to two Royal Artillery regiments - 14 Regt RA and 32 Regt RA - and the Royal School of Artillery.
