Mrs May - whither (or wither) the Tory Party

Theresa May under pressure earlier today; the look on her face says it all:

Once she is demobbed I wouldn't want to be her needing the services of the police or going through passport control... Or am I just being mean and heartless that she has gutted this country, both as Home Secretary and Prime Minister, all the while ignoring so many ordinary loyal conservatives members of the Conservative and unionist Party that she has in all likelihood fatally wounded.

In the same way as Blair must know every member of his security team hates him because of the GFA.

Scottish tories would prefer the UK Remained in the EU and Ruthies been off lately having a sprog. Similar to the SNP no-one in the Scottish Conservatives is allowed to speak in public other than Ruth D.
Whatever the Scots nutter might say, they cannot afford to leave the U.K. once they loose central government support, take on their share of the national debt, loose the security of the U.K. pound, and lose EU membership (and something Spain are never going to allow in future). The reality is that Scotland is a bankrupt state supported by the U.K. as a whole who haven’t the first when it comes to governing the time of day. They also couldn’t run a brew in a pub, look at what they have done to Scott’s education, which not that long ago used to be the pride of Europe.

Not sure if I have mentioned this before, but the Scots are "different" enough to the English to be treated differently. Rather than independance, I would suggest some sort of federation between Scothcland and the sassies. This would allow the pw's the ability to promote their much stronger socialism, but without the very chance of failure of trying to go it alone.

But the Scots loon wants complete independence not a federation of anything. Nope they want to sink on their lonesome, without any bodies help thank you very much.

but but but... they'll flourish by themselves!
Och eye, and haggis will stop mating in the spring and allow hunting all year round. Under the Scots management I seriously see whiskey tasting like one of those bottled blue drinks that were so popular all the years ago.

The SG are no worse than the UK government have been of late, whether you support the SNP or not. Parts of Scotland have been doing quite well despite what you say and Scotland is no more bankrupt than the UK as a whole.

Who's this Scott geezer :-?

Should we call it Great Britain, and include the Welsh?

Fixed

He's the bloke what does Cillit Bang adverts on the telly... I suppose slurping Cillit bang would have the same detrimental effect on one's education as drinking Bucky in class. Neither is to be recommended really.

At PMQs PMTM in responding to a Labour Remain MP did not disagree with his comments re Brexit (which she doesn't want) but again stated the importance of accepting the democratic results of the referendum. She seemed upbeat, as if a solution to her situation was coming soon. There is speculation that the EU elections will give her an opportunity to stand down. Nadine Dorries said that Barwell, Sedwill and Robbins are running things. Geoffery Cox was sitting near the PM. Moral support maybe. Nadine is concerned that TBP success would lead to a Labour gov't and will vote any way she can to avoid a Marxist gov't.

please be very careful in what you say - only a minority of Scots voted for independence and people like me on the other (winning) side are sick to the back teeth with the SNPee and other twats claiming that they speak for Scotland and that the Scottish people want another independence vote! - the truth is the majority of Scottish voters fully understand our economy would crash without the Barnett formula and that the current incompetence and mismanagment in Holyrood is doing us ever increasing harm. Sadly, the quality of Scottish politicians is every bit as bad as those in Westminster.

I don't think May intends to stand down after the European elections. It was only a few days ago she demanded to remain in post until July. She'll have to be forced out, and thus far the Tory party has lacked the stomach to do that.

She’s going nowhere. She’ll be dragged out screaming.

May is mental
