Mother to sue

I don't think anyone will.

Personally, I hope she wins. It would be a fitting tribute if this young lads death forced the Bliar gov to have to issue the troops with the equipment that they actually need.

The thing that p1sses me off though is that if they were ordered to by the courts, they would do it. If they are only asked to by the people at the sharp end, they'll just carry on thinking of a million excuses as to why they shouldn't.
Whilst it is sad that people have become so litigous, it is even sadder a)that this arrogant government has failed our soldiers and their families so often and b)that TCH has failed to resign and Bliar has failed to make him.

It would be good to see the government do the right thing, even at this late stage, but I suspect that they won't.
