It varies over time, but it's a fairly simple probability question, to which the answer is: the largest one. What infantry regiment gets deployed the most around the world on operations ?

So probably the Rifles. Also likely Para Reg, because they are quite big, have a specialist role via SFSG, and 16AA has a remit which means it is more likely to deploy first on new operations.
Note this answer is not necessarily the same as to the question: in which infantry regiment am I most likely to get deployed around the world on operations?
For the last eight years or so they've mostly deployed to Scotland and Wales. Which may well be foreign territory soon enough.Surely the title of the most deployed infantry regiment must go to 1st Bn The Sandhurst Rifles. They have had two overseas deployments (mainly Cyprus and Bavaria) per year for many years to vigorously conduct operations against various foes of Her Majesty.
With varying degrees of success, as alternate deployments seem to involve going back to the same place to fight the battles all over again.
