MOD selling toys

Now I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing. The money raised from the sale of these toys wont go directly back into the kit buying budget but the PR budget, which should in theory mean less money getting syphoned off more important projects in the first place for PR next year.

Or does Nu-labour view themselves as the licensor and the MOD as the licensee of the British forces "brand" and expect a healthy cut of the profits for itself?

I do have a nagging doubt that this is good PR though.

Apparently soldiers will be going to Toys 'r' Us and advertising them.....

What a fcuking joke. What are these toys supposed to do?

Adult toys? Give a couple of blow up dolls.

I thinks its a good idea personally. My wee one would love some of that stuff.

Yep a good idea as long as a big wad of cash is not wasted in it.

At least they're not quite as tacky as the RAFs PR tat;
