If you dish out sarcasm, shouldn't you be able to take it?

Eg. If I tell someone they should speak the Queen's English when they mix their words up AS A JOKE, should they get all uppity and say they are dyslexic (considering I had no idea!)?

Cos isn't that the same as a new girl with no Army experience being slated for not knowing anything about the Army.

Why is it that she is expected to take the abuse if the first person can't?
