Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. My little brother (he's 36) is currently undertaking the mini Fastnet Race (solochallenges.com) as a course qualifier for the Mini-Transat' race later this year. Anyone interested in sailing can track the boats progress via this link .

Him, my Dad and a friend were also the first UK saliors to sail The NorthWest Passage West to East in one season without the aid of an icebreaker and there are some amazing photographs of the trip on his website: www.solochallenges.com (follow the links page to the North West passage site).

As you can see, he's an accomplished sailor and is also looking for sponsorship for his forthcoming races. He is NOT ex/ serving forces (although I am) but if anyone can offer one of lifes true adventurers help/ support, I am sure he would be delighted to hear from you. Thanks. :D
