Military support during Pandemic

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Dear All,

Does anyone know of any information anywhere that may be used as a reference with regards to British military support during a pandemic within the UK?
Specifically interested if anyone from a BMH during the 60's/70's was involved in any planning etc.
This is needed for a friend currently on a course.
Please feel free to pm to verify that I am not a journo/lazy student etc

    Cheers,
    McV

  2. Don't know.

Who get's the shots though, if it all gets a bit sneezy?

I have only a passing knowledge of the science, and it scares the sh1te out of me. Some very basic maths gives you some horrendous casualty figures.
