For those who may not have seen

Bravo Zulu - well done to all and commiserations to those who were nominated but did not make the bar.
  2. Military & Civilian Health Partnership 'Hmmm'; Partnership - the state or condition of being a partner; participation; association; joint interest. Has anyone told the MDHUs what a partnership means? All appears a little one sided me thinks, are Military used as agency replacements or cover when NHS staff are off sick???

  3. Indeed. The negative attitude of many NHS staff often makes working in an MDHU depressingly unpleasant.

Congrats to the MOST team, though.
  4. The other side of the same coin is negative attitudes of many service personnel towards their NHS colleagues. You get what you sow, there are many examples of joint teams doing very well.
