  1. As Thatcher said, the problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money.

What's wrong with what he is doing? He and his Labour lot bankrupted the country and he's going to re-stock his own kitty and jettison his putrid socialist beliefs - we can all do the same! Oh, hang on, wait there, no, no we can't...
  2. He learned at the feet of the master pocket-liner and quintessential socialist, Blair.

    "The working class
    Can kiss my arse
I've got the gaffer's job at last"
  3. My father used to say of the Labour Party .... " They arrive in rags and leave in Jags " ... that was 50 years ago .... now they seem to arrive in Jags and leave in Bentleys .

  4. I have one brother who is an accountant, don't ask me to do your books.

I have another brother who has a HGV licence, don't ask me how to drive a ******* Wagon.

What's what his brothers doing for a living got to do with him?

  5. Because until recently he did the exact same thing for a living, and was in contention for the same promotion. Just saying.
  6. What are you on about? People are talking about the senior Labour politician, arch-Blairite and failed leadership contender, David Milliband. Who are you talking about?
  7. Did you miss the lecture on Values and Standards? Bump what CasinoBoyale says.
  8. Don't let the facts get in the way of the faux-outrage wagon.

  9. Didn't know Air Cadets did the whole Values and Standards bit, fair play to them!
  10. No, you've all got it wrong. The thing that is evil and disgraceful and detrimental to 'society' is filthy, capitalist self-enrichment and the huge disparity between the money-grubbing bankers (and Tories) and the poor from whose mouths they are snatching the very bread. This is completely different, this is honourable, socialist self-enrichment which will free the man from the trivial cares of day-to-day scraping a living so that he can apply his massive intellect to helping the disadvantaged. Whilst living in his million-pound house in Notting Hill, going to Tuscany whenever he wishes and ensuring that he can get his children into the sort of state school that everyone else can only dream of. I can't believe that everyone keeps mixing up the two different types of wealth.
  11. Which bit of V&S covers you being accountable for your family's actions?
  12. Who has criticised his family, then?

Um, the Daily Heil article linked to in the first post?
  14. I thought they were accusing him of making his brother look a fool by being a greedy sod at the same time as said brother is calling for restraint.

How is that criticism of the brother?
