  1. hi all

looking to transfer into another area of work but would have to sign off.
so that would leave me on civvy street for one day.
if anyone on here can help. that would be most appreciated.

would i have to hand my quarter over and march out even though i will be staying in the same place when i start my new job. or would i have to march out and then march into a new quarter on the same patch.

any help in this matter will ease my mind.
  2. i take it no one know anything.
    oh well thanks for looking.
  3. WJA,

Speak to your UWO who will either get the DS solution straight from DE or staff it through the G1 chain for an answer. Retention will not be an issue.
  4. Hope you get better help from your UWO than I did. What a useless fcuker he was.
  5. If it is MPGS, I have known someone stay in their quarter and soldier on, despite the 24hours out malarky.

Let's face it, only an imbecile would expect you to move out for 24 hours.

I don't think you would have to move quarters, unless you are moving to officer status or similar and a particular quarter comes with the job.
  6. thankyou fella if there is any more help out there then please feel free to offer.
