MH17: Russia liable for downing airliner over Ukraine

Mentally extremely challenge.

That doesn’t mean everyone has benefitted, you thickard, that’s the amount more that has been created shared by the number of people in the population. I suspect that certain people have benefitted far more than others have.....

Number of people living in the extreme povetry in Russia is much less than 0,01%.
Near 90% of people are owners of their flats and houses. Near 64% have also second summer country-side house (Dacha), and their flats and houses are much warmer than British ones and their food is better.

Bloomberg - Are you a robot?
I suppose when you’re aiming to halve the 20M living in poverty in Russia and want to achieve the same living standards as Portugal, any graph (from whatever source) can paint a picture:
“We need to make a decisive breakthrough in the prosperity of our citizens,” Putin said. “Falling behind is the main threat, that’s our enemy.” He pledged to halve the number of Russians living in poverty—now 20 million—and boost per capita income by half by the middle of the next decade.

Putin’s ambition at the start of his 18-year rule was to overtake Portugal in living standards—a milestone that looks increasingly out of reach. Incomes more than doubled in the first decade of his tenure, but they’ve stalled and are roughly where they were in 2010. In a January poll commissioned by the central bank, almost two-thirds of Russians said their financial situation hasn’t improved in the past 12 months, and nearly half expect little difference over the coming year.
Obviously if 3/4 of Russian wealth is held by 10% of the population .....”Four legs good, two legs better”

As therecis no one at all in the U.K. living on less than $1.90 a day that map is clearly bollocks.

Highly depends from the definition of the term 'povetry'.
There are different life standarts in the UK and Russia. Furs coat in Russia is necesserity, pants in the Africa are luxurity. For example, big part of those Russian "poors" have their own warm falts and houses in their property. In the UK even 'middle class' oftenly don't warm their rented flats enough. If you can't warm your house at Russian winter, you are not poor - you are dead. Russian medicine is mostly free of pay for Russian citizens. Education is much better and mostly free.

Obviously if 3/4 of Russian wealth is held by 10% of the population .....”Four legs good, two legs better”
Highly depends from the definition of the term 'wealth'. If you mean not only 'virtual money' and 'trade goods' but real wealth - (land and its resourses), it mostly held by the state.

An example of the ability to wholly misunderstand the point. You post a graph that is clearly wrong, yet you fail to accept Putin’s own definition of ‘poverty’ and the steps he wishes to undertake to reduce such poverty by his definition.

Oh, my. There are 20 mln of poor (by Russian standarts) men in Russia. It is13% of population It is bad. Putin want to decrease that number and work for it.
According wiki,
Poverty in the United Kingdom - Wikipedia
there are near 21% of population of the UK, living under line of relative povetry and nobody (especially HMG) cares.

But according Russians standarts of "normal life" (warm flat, dacha, medicine, education, car, lack of loans, organic food, holidays abroad and so on) near 90% of Brits are "poor" and "very poor".

So - thats a difference between British 'crooks and thieves' and Russian 'pro-people government'

Once again, you miss the point. You posted a graph that is clearly wrong according to your chief ‘crook and thief’. You’re then off on a ‘whataboutery’ exercise about poor in the U.K.

Just admit as usual you’re posting lies as you’re a coward.

You told, that Russian government are 'crooks and thieves', and Russians are poor because of it. My point is that it is not the UK, who can give advices about economy, human rights, respect of the international law and so on... If Russian government is 'bad' (nobody is ideal), British one is much worse.

I’m quoting a Russian who calls them ‘crooks and thieves’. You lie by posting graphs that do not refelect the reality that Putin says exists. You’re also a coward

To be fair, those are worthwhile goals.

Is it cynical to assume that the implementation will enrich cronies without achieving the aims?

...or in UK is that just HS2.....and NHS reforms... and privatisation of Army housing/catering/recruitment....or motability... or Free Schools... or privatisation of waste management.... or finding the Magic Ulster Money Tree...

.... or finding the Magic Ulster Money Tree...
That one was easy - same as is done every time this type of situation arises - money is transferred from England's budget - no new money need be found and of course it has to be Englands budget no howls of outrage from nationalist parties because Westminster's stealing / bullying/ with holding money from whichever national parliament is short changed and thus creating bad press for whoever is in power.

You can add to that the not unreasonable point that Englands budget is far higher overall and so shaving a bit off is easier without needing to cut anything or significantly underfund.
