The FFL making "une oreille du cochon" of recovering a couple of vehicles in Afghanistan.
If you watch all of the videos posted by that guy, it doesn't show the FFL in a very good light, valloning after they've walked over the ground, lots of bodies standing over an IED etc plus all the vehicle mishaps

In Germany one Winter, our Reme turned up late. They had been helping (for beer tokens) locals who had slid off the road -- until they tried to pull a Lada out of a ditch and the tow pulled the front axle off. Whereupon the heroes dragged it down the road, until safely out of range of the owner, before removed the tow and continuing on their way.

i was waiting for that winch cable to snap and turn that bloke into two halves.

And when they got home, they took their campervans on the NC500 and promptly ended up in the ditches there!

The general rule is: get someone who hasn't got a licence/fam for the vehicle and they'll have it out in seconds.

...or some old crusty that did driver training before all the computer & theory/hazard perception bollocks came into play.
