Too much left hand down during the recovery in my opinion........
I was also thinking the same thing, I was muttering, 'straighten yer wheels' as I watched it. I was cringing too, I've seen steel cables snap in a similar situation and those lads were far too close.

I once saw a sheet of that wriggly tin kicked out from under a trapped HGV when it quickly released. It chopped & stuck straight into a nearby tree trunk. Cue shocked ‘that could’ve been my head/torso/leg’ looks all round.
Metal under pressure makes my sphincter twitch.
