  1. Folks,

Apparently the largest ever Microsoft Security Update will be trashing our bandwidth tomorrow evening. M$ blog & a BBC article.

Affecting pretty much everything from Redmond, including Windows 7 - 13 patches (8 critical) for 34 vulnerabilities.

    :x

  2. Off topic but ffs, every time I read BBC article there is at least one spelling mistake.

  3. So where's the spelling mistake(s) in that report, then?

  4. "Prior to the bumper October security update, Microsoft's biggest every update was released in June 2009"

Petty I know, but a mistake none the less.

Edited: Ok maybe not a spelling mistake, more a wrong choice of word.

  5. Nope - I think that counts. I couldn't spot it either but kept my gob shut in case I confirmed my stupidity in public.
