I am in the process of waiting for a letter from the specialist who I saw. They just said it was being a teenager and trying to fit in and counselling was just talking about if I need any help during the diagnosis process and what it might mean if I am on the spectrum.

As long as your specialist confirms there are no problems in writing then there is no reason the test should go against your appeal anymore than a physical test for something that proved negative.
