  1. Hi All!

Have passed selection, and am happily waiting to head off to Pirbright for 14 weeks of jolly japes and lollygagging.

Passed the medical at RSC no problems, however was wondering how different the medical received on arrival at Basic is, if there is anything more intense or picky that they wouldn't have done the first time?

    Just curious!

  2. na mate it's just a dental check up, eye test and and some blood tests as far as i can remember.
  3. dont foget the 'drop 'um and cough'!! 8O
  4. Also seem to recall getting a few injections, followed by a beasting in the gym.................mind you that was 1984!!! 8O
  5. I struggled a bit with the eye test at RSC, but did pass. There's another couple of months before my expected intake, so what would happen if if I failed the test at the Phase 1 medical?
    Would it be a deferral?
