Medical Discharge Pension

Apologies if this has been covered before (I'm sure it has but can't find it anywhere and I have looked).

I am currently being MD'd on 20th May and want to find out some indication of what I am likely to expect as a pension. A method to calculate or some worked examples would be great if anyone could point me in the right direction. For info, I'm on AFPS 75 and have already had an AFCS award that attracts a 50% GIP.

I am aware that I can request a forecast from the Pensions Cell but this was just for in the meantime.

Thanks for the help
