  1. So Just got my letter of deferral and read over it and i was wondering about the fitness diary, now it says 30-40 minutes run twice a week but what kind of distance do they want, I'm running 3 miles in under 25 minutes and doing this around 4-5 times a week, so do they want a 5 mile run out of me twice a week + do what i'm doing at the moment? Do they also want information about free weights I'm doing or is it just because my toe was broken they want the running and walking stuff from me. I'd also like to know is this a major thing? or are they just being cautious because if i rock up with a diary of over 3 months worth of running and hill walking plus a letter from gp that my toe is fine is that the end of this and I'm passed as medically fit for the time being? I've also lost 7kg since i sent off my medical before you lot go calling me a fatty :p

Here's a scan of my letter.

Removed the letter dont be daft now - Disco
  2. Lots of info here try a search of the fitness and medical stickies.
